A beautiful way to celebrate or honor your mom this Mother’s Day is to prepare a delicious meal. Pictured here is Bob and Wendy Biale with Bob’s late mother, Clementina.

Recently, Wendy prepared this delectable dish for her family that is perfectly light, filling, and delightful! This tasty Branzino pairs perfectly with our 2024 Clementina Greco Bianco.
Ingredients:
Whole Branzino
Tarragon
Thyme
Parsley
Lemon
Garlic
Olive Oil
Instructions:
Score Branzino skin and salt and pepper
Stuff inside Branzino with herbs, sliced lemon, and salt and pepper
Brush Branzino with olive oil
Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 20-22 minutes (Make sure to flip the Branzino half-way through.)
At the end, broil for 3 minutes to crisp the skin
If you desire, surround the fish with thick slices of lemon and black olives while it roasts
Finish off with sliced parsley before serving
Possible side dishes include steamed rice, roasted green vegetable, and/or green salad. Plus, pair it alongside with the 2024 Clementina Greco Bianco which is the perfect complement!
