Laura was born and raised in Massachusetts. When she had enough of cold winters, she moved to San Francisco where she met her husband of 20+ years.  When it was time to raise their family, they moved to beautiful Napa Valley.  She joined Robert Biale Vineyards in 2024 and is happy to be one of the newest members of the Biale family.  Before joining Biale, Laura worked in software implementation and administrative capacities.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grown children, husband, biking, hiking, and drinking wine (Biale, of course).
