With both MBA and CPA pedigrees, Lance has been providing CFO and General Management consulting services to RBV since 2009, and wineries in California and Oregon since 2008. During that period, he has provided strategic leadership in brand sales, brand acquisitions, corporate restructurings, ERP conversions and debt refinancing to more than 30 family businesses. Current and former winery clients have ranged in size from over $100 million in sales down to pre-revenue start-ups.

Lance entered the wine industry in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer of a Seguin Moreau Cooperage and in 2005 was promoted to President where he successfully returned the U.S. operations to profitability by selling underperforming assets, renovating production facilities, and negotiating new financing. Lance lives in Napa with his wife of 27 years with whom he has two children. His hobbies include all forms of exercise and traveling with his family
