Alina is a true New York Italian. Loves a good deli, family, and wine–Biale wines of course! She came to us from the Napa Valley Restaurant scene. When she is not working she can be seen playing Texas Hold ’Em, and giving everyone a run for their money! Don’t be fooled by her poker face, as she is one of the most caring and generous people. She is the “mother” of the tasting room and truly brings home to our back porch.
